The cost of our balloon displays vary based on the type of design, complexity, length, volume, and delivery & installation costs. All of our garlands are priced per linear foot so having measurements of the event space will help give you a general idea of the cost.

Delivery Fee: Delivery and installation fees are calculated on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from Arlington, MA to your event location.

Installation Fee: Our installation fee is 20% of your total order minus the delivery fee

Grab and Go Orders require you to reschedule your booking within one week prior to your pickup date. For Custom Orders, you must reschedule at least one week prior to your event date in order to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible for a reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable.

Air + Flow uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more

Our grab and go garlands are available to pick up in Arlington, MA. We recommend picking up your garlands within 3 days of your event.

Yes! Air + Flow has a $500 minimum for all install and delivery orders. For anything less, please see our Grab and Go options!

If your install location is outdoors we suggest finding a shaded spot as direct sunlight and Summer heat can lead to balloons popping unexpectedly. Please make note of this when inquiring and we will do our best to fill the balloons to a level that allows them to safetly expand in the heat but we cannot make any gurantees for outdoor installations.
